It's also the end theme song for the Amano Akira (あきら あまの) manga-based TV Tokyo anime Katekyō Hitman REBORN! . The other 2 tracks One Love and Leave Me Alone are also featured on this single release アメあと / 雨跡 Ame ato.

Music Video(MV):
I have to say that I did not like this MV at all personally, basically because the colors are dull and there is no storyline at all. This song, アメあと / 雨跡 Ame Ato, was great though. At the start of this MV, you can see that Keita Tachibana (w-inds lead singer) sitting down with a painful expression and holding a piece of something while singing. I have to comment that Keita Tachibana is really getting too skinny; look at his sunken cheeks. After that, Keita Tachibana moved on from room to room looking for other pieces of the something in order to piece them together to form a heart. In each rooms, there are filled with many small balls and the amount of balls increased from room to room. Along the way, Ryuuichi Ogata and Ryohei Chiba appeared in certain room, also looking for the pieces. Then when Keita Tachibana found the last piece to piece all together to form a heart, all the balls disappear and he carried on to walk and sing till he reached the end seeing a tree.
