Luckily there is no rain if not my feet and clothes will get wet! hehe~ Anyway, just want to post some photos when my boyfriend and me went to a Hong Kong restaurant to have dinner on 4 January 2008. The restaurant name is called Wang Jiao Restaurant(Don't really remember the actual name ). It is located at the Bugis Junction level 2 or 3(I have forgot about it). Oh ya, before you scroll down to see the photos, I want to tell you a tiny secret. That is... I was forced to treat my boyfriend this dinner because I will be getting my performance bonus in January. ARGH! There goes my very first expense of my performance bonus... Let's view the photos!

Good Morning everyone! Today is a sunny day! How are you all doing? I have make a slight changes in learnsimplejapanese.com outlook. I have shorten the recent stuff's part(yellow box below the menu bar) and have shift my blog to the side bar. I hope this new outlook is good enough for you to navigate through. I bet nobody wants a website that one has difficulty navigating through. Okay, so much about this website... let me share some event that i gone through last week. First, I was very angry with myself for not buying more of COACH bags when I went to Canada and crossover to Niagara Falls Fashion outlet at Buffalo, New York, in October 2007. This is because the prices over at Niagara Falls Factory outlet are about 60% lesser than the COACH departmental store in Singapore! ARGH! Last Saturday, we celebrated 1 of our good friends' 24th birthday. haha~ It was fun to gather around and talk! We ate at a sushi restaurant at Cineleisure and then we went shopping. I bought 2 sandals! After that we bought a slice of cake and sat down on benches near a fountain at Takashimaya . We sang a birthday song and my friend is embarrassed~ Too bad none of us brought a camera! Time really passed by real fast. Looking back, we knew each other since secondary school... To everyone: Cherish whatever you have now!

A Brand New Look! (hehe~) |
|
Okay! I have changed a new look for this website today! Although i like the old look more but i still changed it to this new look. The simplest reason is because the old look is not wide enough... kinda sad to throw away the old look but I'm pretty satisfied with the current new look! I hope that you guys like it too~ I have just joined the mybloglog.com today. Please do visit my website more! I was having a very small problem at first when I was trying to sign up earlier on because I did not know that one is able to sign up using their own yahoo account... keke... Oh... before i say good night to all, i have added in a new feature! A "Post comment" feature where you all are able to post your comments to the articles that i have written. Isn't that cool~? Lastly, a good night song to all: Ayumi Hamasaki - (Don't) leave me alone

Attended Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats |
|
Just came home after attended the 2 days Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats. I find that its a very wonderful, very useful and easy understandable course! My knowledge has certainly widen alot more. This is so far the best training among all the other trainings i ever attended in my 2 years working in this current company. One can make full use of this knowledge in almost every parts of our life(relationships, family, work, customer service, business, etc). Actually we are constantly wearing different colour hats at the same time when we are in a situation, just that we did not even realise it. In this course, there is a very simple rule: To wear 1 hat at a time. I feel that this is very true and able to get us focus on thinking of a certain key area at a time before moving on to other key areas. For example, one can focus on thinking/discussing/gathering information on the situation then move on to identify the problems to this situation and so on... If not we will be very messed up and confused which end up to no where or has lost alot of time due to these confusion of our minds. In fact, most of the humans are wearing the black hat. Our normal reactions to most things or new things are negative. For example, a kid asks his/her mummy to buy him/her this toy; most mummies will reply "Cannot buy! You have sooooo much toys at home already... When the toys are spoilt then buy." This actually dishearten the kid and makes him feel that whatever things he/she said are not going to happen. The reasons why humans normally wear the black hat is because scare of changes, unable to adapt to new ideas/changes, its been drilled inside our brain since we were young and by the people around us. So let's all start by practicing to stop wearing the black hat first in any situation! Oh by the way, - Blue = Managing all other hats(One hat at a time),
- White = Gathering information(No evaluation),
- Red = Feelings(No explanation needed),
- Green = Alternatives and Creative ideas(No killing of ideas),
- Yellow = Positives bebefits(Must give reasons) and lastly the
- Black = Cautious and Difficulties.
