Happy Chinese New Year To All! Sorry for the late greetings for Chinese New Year. .gif "Image") I have eaten alot of Chinese New Year's goodies during the past 3 days of Chinese New Year. The goodies that i have eaten so far are pineapple tarts, bak gua(BBQ minced pork), peanut cookies, lots of mandarin oranges, chocolates, etc. I guess I have put on weight! Ahhh... got to do more exercise to burn away these~!
During the day 2 of Chinese New Year, I went to Shaw tower with my boyfriend to catch the movie, directed and acted by Stephen Chow(周星馳) , CJ7( 長江七號). This movie is about the bond between a poor laborer father(acted by Stephen Chow 周星馳 ) and his son. One day, Stephen Chow( 周星馳) picked up a "toy from the rubbish garage and gave his son. This "toy" is actually a strange dog that comes from outer space. As this "toy" enters their life, they release that there are some thing that money can't buy and that's the true nature of the family. We were quite disappointed after watching this movie, CJ7( 長江七號), as this movie is not as good as the past few movies that Stephen Chow( 周星馳) has made and acted. Besides, in this movie, most of the scenes are featuring the small little boy rather than Stephen Chow( 周星馳) . We went to watch this movie because we want to watch Stephen Chow( 周星馳) . Although we were not impressed by this movie, we agreed that the storyline is not bad. The trailer:
During the day 3 of Chinese New Year, We went to catch the movie Kungfu Dunk.This movie is about how an orphan(played by Jay Chou 周杰倫) growing up in a kungfu school become a skillful basketball player using his kungfu. Not a bad movie. Sad to say but we agreed that this movie is better than CJ7( 長江七號). The trailer:
